Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all sales made by Bulk Clothing Hub, operated by Yumiao E-Commerce (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Products

We sell new stock-lot clothing, garment trims and fabric. Stock lots are sold as mixed lots, as-is. Styles, colors and sizes are mixed and cannot be selected unless we agree otherwise in writing. Photos and videos show the actual lot or a representative part of it.

2. Prices

Prices are quoted per kilogram of net weight (packaging excluded) in US dollars, unless stated otherwise. Prices on the website are indicative; the binding price is the one on your proforma invoice. Shipping costs, duties and local taxes are not included unless the proforma invoice says so.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we receive the deposit stated on the proforma invoice (normally 30%). The deposit reserves the goods. Before shipping we send a weighing and packing video; the balance (normally 70%) is due before loading. If the balance is not paid within the agreed time, we may release the goods and the deposit may be used to cover costs incurred.

4. Shipping and risk

Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, door-to-door, etc.) are stated on the proforma invoice and interpreted according to Incoterms 2020. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Claims

Please inspect the goods on arrival. If goods clearly do not match the videos we sent before payment, notify us in writing with photos and videos within 7 days of receipt. We will review the claim in good faith and agree a fair solution. Normal variation within mixed stock lots is not a defect.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for checking that the goods can be legally imported and sold in your country, and for import licenses, duties and labeling requirements there.
