Why new stock-lot clothing sold by the kilo is a low-risk way to start or grow a clothing shop, market stall or online store.
Stock lots are new clothes that factories and brands could not sell through their normal channels: overproduction, cancelled export orders, end-of-season overstock. Because the seller wants to clear space quickly, they are sold in mixed lots at a fraction of the normal wholesale price.

- Ask for videos. A reliable supplier shows you the actual goods and the weighing before you pay the balance.
- Scale up. Move to 1 ton or a full container to get the best price per kilo, and add trims or fabric to fill the space.
